A practice of unfolding and opening to the divine, mirroring the blooming of the lotus.

Prepare a whole flower infusion of White or Pink Lotus.

Sit in a cross-legged position or on a chair with feet flat.

Visualize a lotus bud at your heart center.

With each inhale, imagine the petals slowly opening to reveal a soft light.

Sip your tea, feeling the essence of the flower merging with your own heart.
